A community report suggests property near Eagle Village and the former Tamiment/Unity House resort could be considered for data-center development. No public filing reviewed identifies a data-center project at this location. Official records do document redevelopment interest in the former Tamiment property, while a separate large industrial site is being marketed in the surrounding Bushkill Falls Road corridor.
